||The study of the consequences or results or impact of any change that occurs on the wider system. The affect that the actions of any part of a system have upon the system.
||The ecology frame looks at how any action or outcome will affect the persons life. It expands the frame of reference from the individual to take in the various operational systems that they are involved in, family, work, social society as a whole, and how that in turn may impact back on that person. Ecology is about systems theory, about how one part of a system impacts on the system as a whole.
